We are looking for someone who does not just want a job. Someone who wants to find something worth building, and then actually build it. At Kapiva, you will have the backing of an established consumer brand, but the freedom to operate like a founder.

- No 6-month approval cycles.

You will have the autonomy to move fast, test, learn, kill, build and scale.

Your mandate:

- Spot an opportunity worth pursuing

- Turn the insight into a business

- Build the proposition & GTM

- Own the P&L and key outcomes

- Build the team and operating model

- Take it from 0 - 1 - scale

- Bring 2 - 5 years of experience in high-ownership, entrepreneurial roles

You will have access to Kapiva's brand, distribution, data, capabilities and leadership team - while having the ownership and independence to shape the business yourself. We are looking for builders, not just operators. You might be an entrepreneur who wants to build again with more resources behind you. You might be a startup operator who is ready to own a business, not just a function. Or you might simply be the person who walks into a room and asks: "Why are we doing it this way?" And then goes and builds a better way.

What we are really looking for:

- Bias for action. You would rather test something this week than debate it for three months.

- Entrepreneurial instinct. You can spot a consumer opportunity and figure out whether there is a real business behind it.

- Ownership. You are comfortable being accountable for the number - not just the task.

- Speed + adaptability. The brief will evolve. You should too.

- Builder energy. You are excited by the messy bit between "this could work" and "we have built a real business."

This is an opportunity to create your own mandate, build something from scratch and have the backing to take it much further.
