Role Brief:

- We are current hiring for Professionals to join our finance team.

- This role will be instrumental in driving financial performance, providing strategic insights, and ensuring sound financial management across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Finance & FP&A.

- Lead or assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and provide insightful commentary on business performance.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.

- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to management.

- Does comprehensive analysis of all Marketing funnels for more data based insights across all channels(D2C, Marketplace, Offline - QPS)

- Deep analysis on Customer Retention based initiatives and tracking initiative wise targets.

Financial Reporting:

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports (e.g. P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for various stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and investors.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g. GAAP, IFRS) and internal policies.

Business Partnering:

- Collaborate closely with various departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR) to understand their financial needs and provide financial guidance and support.

- Act as a trusted financial advisor to business unit leaders, helping them manage costs, optimize revenue, and improve profitability.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business health.

- Propose and implement initiatives to improve financial efficiency, cost control, and revenue growth.

Ad-Hoc Analysis & Projects:

- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis on specific business problems, market trends, or strategic projects as required by management.

- Support due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree (MBA) or professional certifications (e.g. CA, CPA, CFA) preferred.

Experience:

- 3-5 years of progressive experience in business finance, with some supervisory experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis using Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros).

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial planning software (e.g. Anaplan, Hyperion) is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
