Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Vice President to lead strategic operations, drive business transformation, and strengthen client relationships across key verticals. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in steering enterprise-scale initiatives, driving revenue growth, and fostering innovation across data and insights-led consulting engagements.

As Vice President, you will be a key member of the India Leadership Team, overseeing high-impact initiatives across delivery, strategy, technology integration, and talent development. You will shape the next generation of research and insights for our global clientele, positioning Kantar as the partner of choice in an evolving digital-first world.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

- Define and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with regional and global objectives. Lead business transformation initiatives, data modernization, and capability development.

Client Engagement & Growth:

- Own senior-level relationships with clients. Drive strategic value creation through insights consulting, advisory services, and digital enablement. Ensure excellence in client delivery and satisfaction.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee multi-functional teams across delivery, analytics, research, and technology. Ensure scalability, efficiency, and quality in all projects and client engagements.

Commercial Accountability:

- Take full ownership of P&L performance. Drive top-line growth through new business, account expansion, and cross-functional collaboration. Identify opportunities for innovation and productization.

People & Culture:

- Build and mentor high-performing teams. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven environment. Champion leadership development, DEI, and continuous learning.

Digital Transformation:

- Partner with global product and technology teams to embed automation, AI/ML, and digital platforms into client solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends and enable digital-first business models.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, market research, insights, or a data-driven enterprise environment

- Proven experience in leading P&L, business transformation, and client consulting engagements at an executive level

- Strong understanding of data ecosystems, digital platforms, and modern research technologies

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
