Kansoft is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our email, paid media, and lead generation campaigns. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who can strategize, execute, and analyze digital marketing efforts that attract and convert potential customers. The ideal candidate will not only manage marketing campaigns but also play a key role in building and optimizing our lead generation engine. Job Responsibilities 1.Email Marketing - Plan, develop, and manage end-to-end email campaigns for various customer segments. - Work with the Content Manager to finalize compelling and conversion-focused email content. - Build and maintain email lists and nurture leads through strategic campaigns. - Optimize campaign performance based on metrics like open rate, CTR, and conversion rate. Lead Generation - Own and execute lead generation strategies across digital channels to grow the marketing pipeline. - Develop targeted campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email nurturing workflows. - Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and lead magnets to maximize lead capture. - Implement lead scoring and funnel management strategies to qualify and nurture leads. - Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to align on MQL/SQL definitions and handoff processes. Digital Campaigns & Paid Media - Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) from planning to optimization. - Conduct A/B testing and continuously iterate to improve campaign ROI. - Stay current with ad trends and platform updates to ensure performance advantage. Strategy & Collaboration - Work with the leadership team initially for campaign objectives, ICPs, and targeting; later own this process end-to-end. - Proactively research and propose digital campaign strategies based on market and audience trends. - Align marketing activities with overall business goals and customer acquisition targets. Analytics & Reporting - Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI. - Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to track KPIs. - Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications - Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in lead generation and email marketing. - Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign). - Strong grasp of PPC and social media ad tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). - Analytical mindset with a strong focus on performance metrics and conversion optimization. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing. - Familiarity with lead scoring, marketing funnels, and sales alignment. - Basic skills in graphic design or content creation are a plus
