Role Description:

- We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Specialist to join our Chennai team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day finance and operations support, analyze business processes, design system integrations, create functional documentation, conduct functional testing, and ensure the successful delivery of D365 F&O projects.

- You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to optimize ERP usage and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Functional Responsibilities:

- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within D365 F&O. Analyze and document existing business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Configure and customize modules within D365 F&O based on business needs. Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, issue tracking, and remediation.

- Create end-user manuals, training content, and support documentation. Technical / Integration Responsibilities Design, develop, and support integrations between D365 F&O and other applications. Collaborate with technical teams to implement APIs, data entities, and integration patterns.

- Support system upgrades, patch applications, and migration activities. Project Management & Delivery Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design sessions, and status reporting. Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations. Stakeholder & User Engagement Conduct training workshops and support end-user onboarding.

- Serve as a liaison between functional teams, technical developers, and business stakeholders. Work in an agile, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs. Required Qualifications & Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in business process analysis, documentation, and process design. Hands-on experience in functional testing, scenario creation, and UAT execution. Experience working on integrations across multiple technologies/systems.

- Preferred / Bonus Skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.). Experience in finance and/or operational accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, Inventory, SCM, Procurement). Ability to quickly adapt to changing project requirements and multitask efficiently. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.

- Exposure to data migration, Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps), or Azure DevOps is a plus.- This is a full-time techno functional Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations role at Kanoo Elite's Chennai location.

- The Techno Functional Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Specialist will oversee day-to-day finance and operations tasks, design and develop integrations between systems

- Create user manuals and training materials for end-users, perform functional testing and ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality levels of work.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on experience in functional testing of systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in integration between different technologies

Relevant skills that would be a bonus include:

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or other ERP systems

- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields

- Experience in finance and/or operational accounting
