Job Description

Translate business needs into crisp, high-quality user stories and ensure reliable releases. Leverage a Vibe Coding culture and AI-assisted verification to maintain strong quality, fast feedback loops, and predictable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert business requirements into clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria (Given/When/Then), including edge cases.

- Own and execute test strategy per story - API, UI, exploratory testing, and data validation.

- Handle delivery coordination with a small cross-functional team.

- Maintain a risk-based regression suite integrated into CI pipelines after every feature release.

- Use AI tools to draft test cases, generate datasets, summarize defects, and maintain living documentation.

- Collaborate early with Architects and Senior Engineers on contracts, schemas, observability, and analytics validation.

- Lead defect triage, provide clear impact analysis, and deliver concise release readiness signals.

Core Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis (BSA) for web applications.

- Strong expertise in Acceptance Criteria writing (Gherkin) and test case design.

- Experience working in a Product Owner / Product Analyst capacity, including feature prioritization and stakeholder coordination.

- Hands-on experience with API testing (REST / GraphQL), SQL-based data validation, and basic UI testing.

- Exposure to the Healthcare domain, including workflows, data privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).

- Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery practices.

- Basic familiarity with AWS services, log analysis, and metrics for verification.

- Proficient in using AI tools for test creation, documentation, and productivity enhancement.

Nice to Have

- Experience working in product-led, cross-functional teams.

- Test automation exposure using Playwright, Cypress, Newman, k6, Appium, or contract/API testing frameworks.

- Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.

- Awareness of accessibility testing standards.
