Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Specialist to join our HR team. The role will focus on talent management, employee engagement, and HR technology enablement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding employee experience, interpreting data to drive insights, and supporting the business with impactful talent interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive talent management and development processes, talent check-ins, and employee connect sessions.
- Conduct and analyze internal surveys to capture the Voice of Employees and generate actionable insights via internal bot (AMBERs Infeedo).
- Support HR Business Partners with data-driven inputs on attrition, engagement, and employee development.
- Manage and continuously improve the HR Bot as a central employee support platform.
- Interpret HR data to identify trends and provide solutions for organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Participate in HQ-led talent initiatives and ensure timely execution at the local level.
- Act as a custodian of the HR Content presentation and management of Internal Website. Manage and regularly update the ESG and DEIB with relevant content, ensuring alignment with global and regional guidelines.
- Support the Head of HR in collating, analysing, and managing HR data- Prepare presentations and dashboards for Sentiment analysis and follow up action plans.
- Monitor and publish DEIB And ESG related timely dashboards .
- Prepare dashboards and reports using MS Excel and HR tech platforms for leadership review.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-8 years of experience in Talent Management, Talent Development, or related HR functions
- Strong HR Technology knowledge (HR bots, survey tools)
- Ability to design and facilitate employee engagement activities and connect sessions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to attrition analysis and HR reporting
