As a Brand manager, you will support planning and implement Marketing activities across all partners from Public Relations to Trade Activity and events.

Together with the team, this role will coordinate and execute the GTM creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused across the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute brand strategy and integrated communication plans: promo plan by partner, brand visibility, brand animation, consumer activations, CRM.

- Coordinate product launches from global concept to market execution

- Support trade visibility providing the right assets based on requirement and manage implementation

- Ensures timely and high-quality execution of all marketing activations offline and online at all times.

- Public relation campaign management (product, logistic, packages, audience, target, data tracker.)

- Digital Media support coordinating planning and asset management with Media Agency

- Build necessary tools for on ground team, vendors, partners to understand products and marketing activity with maximum precision

- Monitor closely Luxe beauty competitive landscape

- Track Data and build report of activations

- Budget tracker and management coordinating with finance dept to ensure smooth vendor management Knowledge.

- Understanding of measurement KPI for campaigns.

- Able to build analytical reasoning and propose rational and qualitative solution

- Proficient in Outlook, Great Excel skills and PowerPoint

- Nice to have basic understand of digital media landscape and channels of the market

Skills:

- Collaborative way of working, team work oriented

- Ability to manage multiple projects end to end in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills for successful project presentations and information sharing

- Analytical skill problem solver, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Able to work with external partner and vendors to coordinate timings, quality of execution

- Have an eye for detail, understanding of brand DNA, values and aesthetics.
