Summary :

Area of responsibilities:

Nature of the Job:

This position is responsible for working on business improvement related activities related to M/s KPIL. Candidate is expected to work with various teams on continuous improvement initiatives to deliver result on consistent basis.

Basic Tasks:

- Work on strategic initiatives across group companies

- Work with business teams to design & implement various improvement activities like operational process improvement activities, site productivity improvement, mechanization, material management, cost reduction, working capital reduction, exploring new technologies in construction, impacting business results

- Ensure seamless implementation of all above activities across various businesses of the organization.

- Identify improvement opportunities for business with in-depth study of processes, data analysis and discussion business stakeholders

- Assessment of business impact of the identified improvement opportunity

- Estimate the benefits out of above initiatives and present it to senior management

- The position will require travelling to project sites

Competencies:

- Must have excellent analytical and diagnostics skills

- Must have good at creating / delivering presentation in power-point / other modes

- Experience in B&F will be added advantage

Skills:

- Candidate should be go -getter and be able to coordinate work with different departments/ members

- Good Communication skills

Education :

- Graduate Engineer (preferably Civil / Mechanical)

- Construction Management will be added advantage

Experience : 3- 7 years of experience, preferably in B&F / Civil work
