Job Description:

As a Risk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and managing the health of our loan portfolio, identifying emerging risk trends, and driving data-backed decisions. You will also contribute to the design and pricing of new financial products, ensuring profitability and sustainability. This is a high-impact role that blends financial acumen, analytical rigor, and strategic thinking.

- Monitor loan portfolio performance and identify early warning signals and risk trends

- Conduct detailed reconciliation of financial data and cash flows

- Perform profitability analysis across products and customer segments

- Develop and run risk scenarios and stress tests to assess portfolio resilience

- Create and refine pricing models for existing and new financial products

- Support internal audits and portfolio reviews with robust risk insights

- Forecast portfolio behaviour using historical data and predictive analytics

- Collaborate with product and credit teams to design innovative financial offerings

- Prepare high-quality presentations and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders

Who you need to be?

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

- 2-5 years of experience in risk management, portfolio analytics, or financial modelling

- Prior experience in portfolio audits or credit risk management is highly desirable

- Advanced Excel skills (including macros, pivot tables, and financial modelling)

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL Queries, or programming (e.g., Python, R) is a plus
