- Responsible for delivering credit business targets and grow the organisations AUM for multi asset class credit platform (namely - Small business Loan (secured/unsecured), microfinance, working capital loans etc.) - On-board high quality originator partners on to Ki credit platform and assist Credit Analysts to complete due diligence and credit memo preparation and steer the credit memo through Credit Committee for approval - Assign the right Associated Lending Partner for each originator on Ki credit platform and monitor growth of business - Cross-sell Ki score, Ki cash and similar products - Work closely with the cross functional teams to improvise on the integration process in order to enable faster go live and business growth - Portfolio monitoring - Manage partner level exposure limits, risk monitoring and assist PeX in ensuring process alignment - Monitor asset class / originator wise credit performance, GNPA, PAR rates and ensure we stay within targets. - A Master's degree in business / Finance - 2 - 8 years' experience preferably in Credit / Lending / Banking / Finance / NBFC / Fin-tech company - Proven track record in business role - Strong desire to serve the informal sector customers. - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. - Excellent interpersonal skills to be able manage relationship of multiple stakeholders (external and internal) - Attention to detail, process orientation, effectively drive day closing and reconciliation. - Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Good organizing skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and hands-on environment.
