Investment Associate at Top VC Firm (IIM & McKinsey, BCG, Bain or Booz)  We are looking to add an Associate to our investment team. In this role, you will work closely with the firm's partnership. Your goal is to source the most promising companies and enable the firm to continue to invest in market leaders.   What makes you an ideal candidate for the role :   - You have 2-4 years of work experience with a leading strategy-consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain or Booz). You have an MBA from one of the top schools in India or abroad.   - Work experience at a startup along with strategy consulting will be added bonus.   - You are very curious and excited to make impact in the startup world.   - You have a real passion for products. You probably install every new app onto your phone. You like to stay on the cutting-edge of things.   - You work hard, are results-driven, action-oriented and analytically equipped.   - You have excellent communication skills, both written, oral and PPT.
