Job Title: Renewal Sales Manager Simulation Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customer locations to strengthen relationships and ensure a high satisfaction level.
- Maintain accurate renewal records and track all activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve customer queries and facilitate smooth renewals.
- Prepare and share quotations, following up to ensure timely renewal closures.
- Monitor and maximize customer satisfaction scores through excellent service delivery.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue.
- Report renewal performance metrics and insights to management regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Business, or any discipline with MBA.
- 3 -5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Renewal Sales (Software/ SaaS preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is a plus).
- Basic understanding of software licensing and subscription models.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho (preferred).
- Highly organized, target-oriented, and customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
