We're on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech) who's just as obsessed with people as we are with fashion drops. If you live for finding the right fit, love high-speed hiring, and know how to balance instinct with data, you'll fit right in.

Your mission, should you choose to accept

- Own end-to-end recruitment for the non-tech roles

- Draft JDs (yes, like this one), screen resumes, and conduct first-round interviews

- Build strong pipelines across roles - from interns to leads

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role needs & hiring strategy

- Use platforms like LinkedIn, IIMJobs, Naukri, etc. for sourcing

- Maintain and update hiring dashboards, reports & metrics

- Have 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition

- Know how to hustle - high-volume hiring, short turnarounds, real impact

- Are people-first, process-driven, and highly organised

- Understand what makes a candidate really click in a fast-growing company
