Key Responsibilities: Manage the team of 4-5 executives across following functions -

1) Planning (Demand planning, supply planning and distribution planning):

- Gather forecasts from channel and category teams for upcoming quarters

- Plan inventory at WH level based on the forecast

- Monitor inventory, plan for the purchase orders, and inter warehouse stock transfers

- Co-ordinate with packaging team for planning and procurement of packaging material

2) Purchase:

- Mange the team to handle the entire purchase process for core products - PO planning, PO

placement, Delivery Coordination and Payment reconciliation

3) Inventory Management:

- Manage the entire inventory across all warehouses of Nua

- Ensure all the system related process for Inwarding and stock transfer are completed

- Ensure there is no variation between physical inventory and system inventory

- Travel to warehouses for quarterly stock audit and inventory reconciliation

What we are looking for?

- Ability to independently manage team of executives

- Experience in S&OP role for Ecommerce or Retail operation

- Experience in procurement and dealing with vendors

- Good communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment

- Proficient in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related field / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations - Minimum Experience - 5-7 years
