Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager - Go-To-Market (GTM) to bridge the gap between technology, business development, and delivery. A versatile, inquisitive go-getter who embraces new tools, leverages AI, and learns quickly. The role will lead the planning and execution of technology solutions from initial client requirement and solutioning through proposal, implementation, and go-to-market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end GTM initiatives for technology services and solutions.

- Work closely with Business Development, Pre-Sales, Technology, and Delivery teams.

- Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions and project plans.

- Drive solutioning, estimations, proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.

- Define project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

- Coordinate with technical teams across Data Engineering, Cloud, Software Modernization, AI/GenAI, and Digital Transformation.

- Support client discussions, technical presentations, solution workshops, and POCs.

- Manage multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery against business and client expectations.

- Track project progress, risks, budgets, and key milestones.

- Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Develop GTM collateral, solution narratives, case studies, and value propositions.

- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and internal technology teams.

Requirements:

- 8 - 12 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technology Consulting, Pre-Sales, Solutioning, or similar roles.

- Strong technical background with experience working in IT services / technology consulting.

- Experience managing client-facing technology projects and GTM initiatives.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, project management, and solution architecture.

- Exposure to Data Engineering, Cloud, AI/GenAI, Software Development/Modernization is preferred.

- Strong experience in client communication, presentations, proposals, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work across business, technology, and delivery teams.

- Strong ownership, commercial understanding, and execution focus.
