About the Role :

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager who can effectively communicate with stakeholders, drive accountability across teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to successful delivery.

- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

- Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.

- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on priorities.

- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolutions.

- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

- Manage resource allocation and coordinate with team leads to ensure project success.

- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and delivery processes.

- Drive accountability, ownership, and execution across project teams.

- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.

- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews where applicable.

- Continuously improve project delivery frameworks and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in IT Services, Product Development, or Software Delivery environments.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and drive projects to completion.

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.

- Experience managing software development or digital transformation projects.

- Exposure to cloud, data engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise application projects is an added advantage.
