Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong technical background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BRD/FRD documentation, Tableau, SQL, and previous experience in an IT environment. You will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and developers to drive business decisions and ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements.
- Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and QA teams.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau.
- Use SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Identify process gaps and propose data-driven business solutions.
- Ensure requirements are aligned with business goals and project objectives.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs and support UAT activities.
- Support project lifecycle from discovery to successful delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience writing BRDs, FRDs, workflow diagrams, and user stories.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboards, analytics, reporting).
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
- Technical background with experience working in an IT company.
- Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodology.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data analytics tools or BI platforms.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA) is a plus.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
