Kaar Technologies - Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA implementation projects across enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and implementation governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation to Hypercare.

- Prepare project plans, delivery schedules, budgets, resource plans, and implementation roadmaps.

- Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams, architects, and client stakeholders.

- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.

- Manage requirement gathering, workshops, configuration, testing, deployment, and Go-Live activities.

- Drive project governance, reporting, documentation, and compliance.

- Lead UAT, integration testing, cutover planning, production deployment, and stabilization.

- Collaborate with Program Managers and Enterprise Architects to align project objectives with overall transformation goals.

- Ensure delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and budget adherence.

- Support knowledge transfer and project closure activities.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.

- Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.

- SAP Activate Certification or implementation experience.

- Experience managing enterprise SAP implementation projects.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Aerospace & Defence industry experience.
