Job Title: SAP Program Manager SAP S/4HANA

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple implementation workstreams while delivering business value through successful digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation workstreams across business and technology teams.

- Develop program plans, delivery schedules, resource allocation strategies, and governance frameworks.

- Coordinate activities across consultants, architects, implementation partners, and client stakeholders.

- Monitor delivery progress through KPIs, RAID logs, dashboards, and executive reporting.

- Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and implementation best practices.

- Manage interdependencies between projects and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

- Drive business readiness, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.

- Conduct governance meetings and provide program status updates to senior leadership.

- Manage budgets, resource utilization, change requests, and delivery quality.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across SAP transformation programs.

Required Skills:

- 12+ years of SAP consulting experience.

- Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation expertise.

- SAP Activate Certification or implementation experience.

- Experience managing enterprise SAP programs.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- End-to-end SAP implementation experience.

Preferred Skills:

- Aerospace & Defence industry experience.
