K12 Techno Services - Senior Manager - Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

Warehousing & 3PL Management:

- Manage multiple 3PL partners across warehousing and dispatch centers.

- Define, track, and review KPIs such as stock accuracy, TAT, space utilization, manpower efficiency, and damages.

- Drive accountability of 3PLs through structured reviews, audits, and improvement plans.

- Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counts, reconciliations, and compliance with audits.

Logistics & Distribution:

- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including linehaul, last mile, and reverse logistics.

- Optimize transportation costs through route planning, freight negotiations, and vendor contracts.

- Monitor OTIF (On Time In Full) performance across B2B dispatches and B2C deliveries.

- Work with logistics partners to improve reliability, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.

Inventory Planning & Control:

- Forecast demand, determine reorder points, and plan replenishments to avoid stock-outs.

- Ensure inventory buffers for peak academic cycles and manage risk of overstock/obsolescence.

Strategy & Cost Optimization:

- Develop and execute strategies to reduce logistics cost per unit and improve throughput.

- Benchmark 3PL and logistics partners against industry standards and implement best practices.

- Leverage ERP/WMS systems and MIS dashboards for real-time performance governance.

Leadership & Collaboration;

- Lead a small core internal team to govern large partner-driven operations.

- Collaborate with finance, procurement, and customer-facing teams to resolve bottlenecks.

- Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and ownership across the supply chain function.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

- 12+ years of experience in supply chain operations with a strong mix of warehousing (3PL governance) and logistics management.

- Proven expertise in vendor management, SLA governance, and cost optimization.

- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and data-driven performance reviews.
