Job Responsibility: - Monitor building and material needs, analyzes problems with electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and determines whether in-house or contract resources are needed for timely resolution. - Management of construction, maintenance, vending, and related in house handling team coordination's. - Coordinate with the team on the selection and supervision of architects, engineers, planning and design consultants, project managers, construction managers, inspectors, and/or other applicable professionals. - Coordinates all aspects of Facility Management and Corporate Services across at all sites in China and Korea (Pan india regions currently) - Coordinates all internal and external moves with appropriate resources. - .Responsible for related records and systems with regard to repair schedules, work order requests, maintenance and building supply orders, inter-office and branches and delivery. - Follows and complies with all local, state and federal regulations, laws and standards including all job-specific guidelines and code. - Identifies strategies and plans that improve the productivity of facility operations and workplace quality. - Assists in the implementation and maintenance of a workflow process for all space requests and facility modification. - Reviews and approves relevant invoices monthly to ensure appropriate rates, usage, and activity. - Daily monitoring and improving facility systems with cost effectiveness for all regions and across all branches. Job Skills: - Experience in the Facility industry a plus advantage - 10+ years of experience in lease, facilities and office services management including project management of large initiatives within a complex organization - experience in the financial or professional services industry is preferred - demonstrated success in operations, processes and systems. - Post-graduate degree or professional designations (such as PMP or MBA) preferred. - Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and drive performance for teams and projects. - Proven record of overseeing the implementation of strategies and reporting to senior management on progress - Demonstrated professionalism and integrity. - Strong team handling personality and creating new strategy, implementations ordinated resource would be preferred.
