Job Role: AGM Marketing (Real Estate).

Job Title: Mid-Level to Senior-Level.

Department: Marketing.


Role Overview:


The AGM Marketing will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth for a real estate mandate company.


The position requires overseeing both online and offline marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the companys business goals, and generating leads to support sales efforts.


The AGM will lead the marketing team and ensure consistent messaging, brand visibility, and performance tracking through data-driven strategies.


Roles & Responsibilities:


- Plan, purpose and devise marketing budgets for projects & Executing ATL, BTL marketing campaigns, go-to-market, event management.


- Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating high-quality leads.


- Create targeted marketing plans for different mandates and projects, leveraging digital and traditional marketing channels.


- Develop and manage campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, social media, events) to drive qualified leads.


- Work closely with the sales team to ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives and improve conversion rates.


- Oversee SEO/SEM, email campaigns, paid advertising, and social media efforts to increase website traffic and engagement.


- Strengthen the companys brand positioning in the real estate market through creative campaigns, PR initiatives, and thought leadership content.


- Plan, purpose & organize new project launch, activations, conferences, partnership & outstation events etc.


- Ensure brand hygiene across project sites.


- Implementation of the Local PR agenda & calendar.


- Conduct market research to analyse trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.


- Provide actionable insights that inform marketing plans and product positioning.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


- Lead Generation & Conversion: Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation targets based on project requirements.


- Digital Marketing ROI: Increase website traffic by 20% YoY through SEO/SEM and content optimization.


- Brand Awareness & Market Share: Grow brand awareness by 25% in key markets through targeted campaigns and PR activities.


- Campaign Effectiveness: Achieve an ROI of 3X on marketing spends within 6 months.


- Team Productivity & Collaboration: Achieve 90% on-time completion of marketing tasks and projects.


- Budget Management: Ensure 100% adherence to the marketing budget, with regular performance tracking and adjustment.


Educational, Experience & Professional Qualifications:


Education:


- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.


- An MBA is highly desirable.


Experience:


- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in the real estate mandate company in managing 3-4 projects.


- Proven Track Record: Expertise in handling marketing budgets, with a proven track record of delivering high ROI.


- Strong experience in digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and market analysis.


Skills and Competencies:


- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.


Technical Proficiency:


CRM Systems:


- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.


Microsoft Office Suite:


- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software for reporting and presentations.


Digital Tools:


- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms that support sales efforts.
