As the Growth & Strategy Manager, you'll work at the intersection of performance, strategy, and execution-owning key initiatives that accelerate growth across channels. You'll partner with marketing, retail, product, operations, and leadership to identify and activate growth levers, optimize the customer journey, and build data-driven strategies for scale.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong bias for action and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute channel-specific growth plans across D2C e-commerce, physical retail, and marketplaces
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities: customer acquisition, retention, LTV, channel expansion, pricing, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing to scale performance campaigns, partnerships, and CRM initiatives
Omnichannel Optimization:
- Analyze customer behavior across channels to improve conversion, AOV, retention, and offline-online integration
- Work with product and retail teams to streamline inventory, merchandising, and in-store experiences
- Own projects that bridge digital and physical channels (e.g., click-and-collect, in-store exclusives, omnichannel promotions)
Strategic Planning & Insights:
- Support strategic planning cycles, OKRs, and cross-functional roadmapping
- Build dashboards, run deep-dives, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Track market trends, competitive moves, and category opportunities
Project Management & Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Serve as a thought partner to founders and execs on key growth bets
Qualifications:
- 4-7+ years of experience in growth, strategy, consulting, category management, or business operations
- Strong grasp of omnichannel dynamics and the D2C + retail customer lifecycle
- Highly analytical: fluent in data tools (Excel, Looker/Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Proven track record of owning and scaling high-impact projects
- Strong business acumen with a test-and-learn mindset
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in consumer goods, retail, or digitally native brands
