JUSTDOGS - D2C Manager

JUSTDOGS is India's leading omni-channel pet-care brand. We're looking for a data-driven D2C Manager to lead our e-commerce business across JUSTDOGS.in, JUSTCATS.in, marketplaces, and quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own online P&L and drive revenue growth across D2C, marketplaces, and q-commerce.

- Plan and optimize campaigns (Meta, Google, Affiliate) to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

- Enhance website UX, conversion rate, and merchandising using analytics.

- Manage listings, pricing, and performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.

- Coordinate with supply chain, category, and finance teams for inventory, pricing, and launches.

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of D2C / e-commerce experience (FMCG, consumer goods, or lifestyle preferred).

- Strong command of analytics, performance marketing, and website operations.

- Hands-on with Shopify/WooCommerce, GA, Meta Ads, Excel/BI tools.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, detail-oriented, and passionate about pets & brand building.
