Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions, including chatbots and voice bots. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities where AI can deliver tangible business value, around business use cases, and lead cross-functional teams to execute innovative AI integrations that enhance automation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven products such as chatbots, voice bots, and automation tools to solve complex business problems.

- Identify new opportunities to integrate AI technologies into existing workflows, customer interfaces, and operational processes.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

- Monitor industry trends and emerging AI technologies to inform product strategy and maintain competitive edge.

- Define success metrics for AI products and continuously analyze performance to optimize effectiveness and user experience.

- Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless product implementation.

- Advocate for user-centric design and responsible AI practices throughout product development.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with at least 1 year focusing on AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, voice bots, or automation tools.

- Strong understanding of AI concepts, NLP, machine learning, and automation workflows.

- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and develop AI use cases that drive efficiency and user engagement.
