
Job Description: Product Manager / Senior Product Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and own merchant revenue growth and retention, with a special focus on top-paying merchants. This role sits at the intersection of product, revenue, sales, and AI-led innovation, and is critical to building a fair, sustainable, and high-quality lead ecosystem for both users and merchants.
This is not a role for someone who only manages PRDs and ceremonies. We're looking for builders - PMs who think like founders, take products from 0 to 1, and are deeply motivated by impact, growth, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Revenue & Retention
- Own revenue retention of merchants, especially top-paying and high-value merchants
- Continuously improve lead quality, lead relevance, and lead serving mechanisms to drive higher merchant ROI
- Identify gaps in merchant experience that impact churn, dissatisfaction, or low conversion
- Drive initiatives that improve merchant NPS, renewal rates, and lifetime value
Lead Ecosystem & Growth
- Design and evolve a fair and sustainable lead ecosystem that balances user intent, merchant expectations, and platform monetization
- Identify and execute multiple opportunities to increase lead generation and effective lead serving
- Work on segmentation, prioritization, and allocation strategies to improve conversion efficiency
AI-Led Revenue Initiatives
- Conceptualize and deliver AI-driven products and features to unlock new revenue streams, including Voice AI solutions to improve lead handling, follow-ups, and sales efficiency
Partner closely with Sales, Data, and Engineering to improve:
- Sales productivity
- Conversion efficiency
- Data-driven decision making
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Growth, Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams
- Translate business problems into scalable product solutions with clear success metrics
- Drive execution end-to-end - from discovery and validation to launch, iteration, and scale
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Experience as a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager owning revenue-impacting products
- Strong understanding of marketplaces, lead-based businesses, or SaaS revenue models
- Proven ability to build products from 0 to 1 and take complete ownership
- High comfort working with sales teams and revenue stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward measurable outcomes
Background
- Graduated from a top-tier institute | MBA preferred
- Experience in startups or having built something of your own is a big plus
