Job Title: Product Manager for Sales Dashboard & Automation

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development & Maintenance:

1. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards used by the sales team for daily performance tracking.

2. Work on new dashboard requirements received from sales and management teams.

3. Modify and enhance existing dashboards based on evolving business needs.

4. Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and reliability across all sales dashboards.

Automation & Process Optimization:

1. Identify manual reporting processes and automate them to improve efficiency.

2. Develop and maintain automation scripts or workflows for data extraction, transformation, and visualization.

3. Collaborate with the tech and product teams to integrate new data sources or features into dashboards.

Data Management & Analysis:

1. Coordinate with sales, product, and data teams to ensure consistent data flow for dashboard updates.

2. Validate and reconcile data discrepancies to maintain clean and reliable reporting.

3. Generate periodic performance reports and share key insights with relevant stakeholders.

Stakeholder Coordination:

1. Act as the point of contact for all sales dashboard-related requirements and issue resolution.

2. Gather feedback from sales teams to improve dashboard usability and performance.

3. Communicate effectively with product, analytics, and management teams for alignment on reporting metrics.

Quality & Improvement:

1. Continuously monitor dashboard performance and implement enhancements for speed and clarity.

2. Document dashboard logic, data flow, and automation processes for future reference and audits.

3. Stay updated with new tools and technologies to strengthen automation and visualization capabilities.
