About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated L2 Product Manager to lead the enhancement of our app experience. The ideal candidate will focus on driving user adoption of core Call-To-Actions (CTAs) and increasing Daily Active Users (DAU). This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, user engagement, and a passion for delivering exceptional app experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product experience for our mobile app, with an emphasis on user engagement and retention.
- Drive adoption of main CTAs through data-driven experiments, user feedback, and iterative improvements.
- Analyze user behavior and metrics to identify opportunities for increasing DAU and improving app usability.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Develop and track success metrics for app experience improvements.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
- Manage backlogs, define requirements, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputed college.
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, ideally within the mobile app or local search domain.
- Proven track record of driving user engagement and growth.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and user metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of local search industry trends.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation tools.
- Passion for enhancing user experience and understanding user psychology.
