
Role Requirement:
Product Manager for Data Strategy:
We need a person to manage the Data Strategy role, primarily responsible for sales-related data management and optimization. The person will be accountable for designing and executing data strategies that help improve sales productivity and conversion efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Data Prioritization:
- Identify and prioritize the most potential data sets for the sales team to work on, ensuring maximum output and conversion.
2. Data Management & Governance:
- Oversee the sourcing, segmentation, and maintenance of sales data to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to align data structures with business objectives.
3. Automation & Reporting:
- Automate key sales reports and dashboards to enable real-time tracking and performance insights.
- Develop systems to consolidate information from multiple data sets for easy sales team access.
4. AI-Driven Insights:
- Utilize AI/ML models to identify high-potential prospects and patterns in sales data.
- Recommend actionable insights based on predictive data analytics.
5. Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate data usage by the sales team and introduce process improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure alignment between data operations, sales strategy, and business goals.
Ideal Skill Set:
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, automation tools, and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and experience with AI-based data modeling preferred.
- Excellent understanding of sales operations and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
