Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and mobile-first Product Manager to own the growth, performance, and user engagement of our core search engine platform on Android. In this role, your primary mission is to optimize our high-volume Android app ecosystem to capture user intent and convert daily mobile interactions into meaningful, high-intent leads for our paid clients and advertisers. You will focus entirely on mobile engagement and booking capacity/intent fulfillment. This involves designing and scaling frictionless, zero-payment booking loopssuch as reserving slots, scheduling appointments, or checking real-time business availabilitybuilt natively into the Android app or integrated seamlessly via third-party APIs. This role requires a strong grasp of Android user patterns, native app performance, and mobile lead-generation hooks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Android Feature Ownership: Design, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for our Android application, focusing heavily on maximizing user retention, daily active usage, and lead conversion.

- Mobile Lead Generation: Optimize the native mobile funnel to reduce friction, ensuring casual app searchers can seamlessly discover vendors and generate high-intent leads for our advertisers.

- Fulfillment & Booking Loops: Own the mobile execution for zero-payment fulfillment experiences (e.g., slot reservations, appointment booking). Ensure these workflows are smooth, intuitive, and properly handle native or third-party API integrations.

- App Engagement & Retention: Leverage Android-specific capabilitiessuch as contextual push notifications, smart widgets, and localized app experiencesto bring users back to the app regularly.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with Android developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and business teams to translate product requirements into crisp PRDs, managing features from initial wireframes to Play Store deployment.

- Data-Driven Iteration: Monitor app analytics, user feedback, and crash reports to continuously optimize application latency, search relevance, and funnel conversion rates.

Requirements:

1. Product Experience & Mobile Depth:

- 3-5 years of experience in product management roles, with a clear track record of shipping and scaling consumer-facing Android mobile applications.

- Deep understanding of the Android ecosystem, Google Play Console requirements, Material Design guidelines, and native mobile user behaviors.

- Prior experience in high-traffic apps, local directories, marketplace apps, or mobile lead-generation platforms is a major plus.

2. Analytical & Funnel Optimization Skills:

- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using mobile analytics tools to analyze user drop-offs and track core engagement metrics.

- Familiarity with optimizing app onboarding, navigation flows, and in-app search experiences to maximize user action.

3. Technical Empathy & Mobile Integrations:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- Solid understanding of mobile architecture, RESTful APIs, and SDK integrations (essential for embedding external booking engines and tracking systems into the native app) is a plus.

4. Communication & Execution:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clear product logic, write detailed user stories, and maintain strong alignment with engineering teams.

- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently drive features from discovery to launch.

Performance Indicators (Success Metrics):

- Primary: Android App Lead Volume (Generated for paid clients), Search-to-Lead/Booking Conversion Rate, App Active Users (DAU/MAU) & Retention.

- Secondary: Android Crash-Free User Rate, Play Store Ratings, Booking Completion Rates.
