Justdial - Product Manager

Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager. The PM will be assigned a specific set of domains upon which he / she will be responsible for improving key metrics.

- The PM will work closely with various stakeholders, such as design, content, marketing, business development, product, and engineering teams to champion the launch of new features or improve the user experience of existing features.

- This position is a full time onsite (Work from Office) role based out of Bangalore.

Key Skills Required :

- Knowledge: Acquire a strong technical understanding of the overall architecture and details of the product.

- Research: Conducting market research, gathering product data, competitor comparison and analysing customer research.

- Ideation: Creating and developing new product ideas based on new trends.

- Data-driven: An obsession with data and the ability to use it to drive action.

- Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, such as product, engineering, design, marketing, customer success, and sales.

- Project Management: Working with various stakeholders to ensure product delivery within the time schedule.

- Reporting: Create MIS dashboards and track key metrics on a daily basis.

- Problem Solving: Conduct RCA and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve the same.

- Education: Educating internal departments on new features.

Education Qualifications :

- B.Eng / B.Tech / MCA is a must.

- MBA/PGDM is highly preferred - In lieu of MBA / PGDM - Courses on UXD and Product Management will be considered.
