About the Role:
- Work at the intersection of business, data, and artificial intelligence
- Own and drive AI/ML-led initiatives that solve real business problems
- Translate business requirements into analytical and AI/ML-driven solutions
- Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, product, and operations teams
- Lead delivery of measurable business impact through data-backed insights and intelligent automation
- Manage and mentor a small team (1-2 reportees), ensuring high quality execution and timely delivery
Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: B.Tech / Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Analytics, or data-driven roles, with exposure to business problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business objectives and identify opportunities where AI/ML can drive efficiency, accuracy, or growth
- Translate business problems into structured analytical and AI/ML problem statements
- Work closely with data science and engineering teams to define inputs, outputs, success metrics, and evaluation criteria for AI/ML solutions
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Support initiatives related to data enrichment, validation, automation, and intelligent decision-making
- Define, track, and report KPIs to measure the impact of AI/ML initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and guide 1-2 team members, providing technical direction, feedback, and support
- Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams for smooth execution
- Prepare clear documentation, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience working with data using Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools, or Python
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, model evaluation, and automation use cases
- Ability to interpret model outputs and translate them into meaningful business insights
- Exposure to Python-based data analysis, NLP, GenAI, or ML workflows is an added advantage
- Understanding of data pipelines, model lifecycle, and basic ML-Ops concepts is a plus
People & Leadership Skills:
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
- Ability to set clear goals, review work quality, and provide constructive feedback
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for team deliverables
- Capability to balance hands-on work with people management responsibilities
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Business-first mindset with a focus on impact and outcomes
