Build AI products that actually ship-

We're looking for someone who doesn't just talk about AI - but builds with it.

This role is for a builder who can spot AI opportunities, prototype quickly, work across teams, and ship real AI products into production.

You will work at the intersection of AI, product, and business, turning messy problems into working AI solutions used by thousands of users.

What You'll Actually Do

- Find Where AI Can Change the Game

- Identify high-impact opportunities where AI can automate, augment, or transform workflows and products. This can be within the organisation as well as build for our customers

- Turn Ideas Into Working Products

- Build AI use cases from concept - prototype - production.

- Not slides. Shipped products.

- Build AI Funnels

- Design and implement AI workflows and use-case funnels across the product.

- Be the AI Brain in the Room

- Become the subject matter expert for the AI use cases you own - understanding how the model works, where it fails, and how to improve it.

Fix AI Quality Issues

Debug and improve:

- bot responses

- prompt quality

- hallucinations

- workflow logic

- user experience.

Work Across Everyone

Collaborate with:

- Engineers

- Product teams

- Business stakeholders

- External AI vendors.

We're looking for someone who can figure things out quickly and make things happen.

No waiting around.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years experience building AI products or implementing AI solutions

Experience working with:

- LLMs

- AI agents

- Conversational AI

- Automation tools

- Strong product intuition

- Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions

You might have:

- Built an AI bot

- Shipped an AI feature

- Automated workflows using LLMs

- Experimented with AI agents.

Bonus (Not Mandatory)

- Built GenAI / LLM products

- Worked with prompt engineering, RAG, or AI agents

- Background from top institutes or you are a engineer with product mindset

But what matters more is what you've built.
