Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring offline marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in retail stores. The role involves strategic planning, vendor management, budgeting, and performance analysis of offline marketing initiatives, including print media, events, OOH advertising, in-store promotions, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute innovative offline marketing campaigns, including print ads, radio, television, outdoor advertising, and direct mail.
- Brand Awareness: Ensure consistent brand visibility across all offline channels, aligning with the company's marketing strategy.
- Retail Promotions & Activations: Plan and implement in-store marketing activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns to enhance footfall and customer engagement.
- Vendor & Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors, creative agencies, printers, and media houses for marketing collaterals and advertising.
- Budgeting & Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets for offline marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximizing ROI.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive positioning to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, merchandising, and digital marketing teams to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns, preparing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Increase in footfall and in-store conversions.
- Effectiveness of offline campaigns in driving brand awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in offline marketing in the retail industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of traditional marketing channels, event planning, and branding.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable marketing insights.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
