Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales channels to drive growth.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Retail Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of retail stores within the designated area to ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.
- Coordinate with store managers to ensure consistent execution of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position handling sales management, in the retail sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area as required.
