Chemipack India Pvt. Ltd., established in 2007, is a leading pharma packaging manufacturing company with two manufacturing units in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. The company specializes in HDPE bottles, LDPE/LLDPE poly bags, CT caps, and is expanding into CRC closures and desiccant holders.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead business development and marketing initiatives across pharmaceutical and allied industries. The role involves strategic market expansion, key account management, and close coordination with internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day marketing and business development activities for pharma packaging products.

- Identify and explore new business opportunities across pharmaceutical and allied sectors.

- Meet clients, present product capabilities, and establish long-term business relationships.

- Drive key account management and repeat business from existing clients.

- Coordinate with planning, logistics, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Ensure timely dispatches and customer satisfaction.

- Follow up on payment collections and resolve commercial issues.

- Address client complaints and ensure timely resolution and closure.

- Support new product development initiatives and market launches.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in marketing / business development within pharma packaging or pharma manufacturing.

- Strong network within pharmaceutical companies and packaging buyers.

- Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing and operations teams.
