About the Role

Jupiter Capital is seeking a high-calibre Investment Manager to join our core Investment team. Unlike a traditional sourcing-heavy role, this position is focused on the strategic evolution and inorganic growth of our existing portfolio. You will act as a strategic bridge between Jupiter Capital and our portfolio companies, working directly with Founders and Management teams to translate long-term visions into actionable, high-growth realities.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Advisory: Partner with Founders and management of portfolio companies to devise long-term business strategies, define North Star metrics, and break down complex goals into actionable quarterly and monthly targets.

- Operational Excellence: Support portfolio companies in the execution of key initiatives, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities. Conduct rigorous reviews of portfolio health, identifying bottlenecks in growth and proposing data-driven interventions.

- Stakeholder Management: Present strategic updates and investment memos to the Investment Committee, providing clarity on portfolio progress and exit readiness.

- Inorganic Growth: Lead the end-to-end transaction lifecycle for portfolio companies, including identifying bolt-on acquisition targets, performing due diligence, and managing post-acquisition integration strategies.

The Ideal Candidate

- Qualification: MBA/CA or similar qualification

- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in Founder's Office, strategy consulting or strategy related roles.

- Sector Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with deep interest or professional exposure to Media Tech, Wealth Tech or Consumer/D2C sectors.

- Skill Set: Proven track record of taking a business plan from "whiteboard to reality." - Strong business acumen to understand unit economics, growth levers and translating KPIs into action.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (ability to influence C-suite stakeholders).

- Thrive in ambiguity. Be comfortable context-switching between multiple projects and can maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced team environment.
