About the Role:
- As a Sales Operations Analyst 2, you will serve as a key operational interface between Juniper's internal sales teams, external partners, and cross-functional departments. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient quote creation, order support, and sales enablement processes that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for managing quotes, resolving escalations, supporting sales queries, and ensuring end-to-end process excellence in collaboration with multiple global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners and internal teams on quote creation, modification, and management.
- Support account managers and partners by managing quotes and assisting with opportunity lifecycle management.
- Interface with cross-functional teams including Sales, Order Management, Logistics, Customer Care, and Support to resolve quoting and ordering queries.
- Manage complex deal structures and ensure timely and accurate quote generation for assigned accounts.
- Escalate quoting or customer issues to Sales Business Managers or team leads as appropriate.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on quoting tools, systems, and related processes.
- Analyze recurring process issues, drive root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Participate in ongoing process documentation, training, and onboarding of new team members.
- Act as a backup for senior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to and help achieve team operational metrics and business goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or similar roles.
- Strong quoting experience in a technology or service-driven organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational escalations.
