Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Worldwide Service Finance - FP&A Lead to oversee global financial planning and analysis for our Services business, including end-to-end ownership of the Americas and CALA portfolio. This critical role encompasses full P&L responsibility - including revenue, COGS, opex, and margin - and is expected to partner closely with business stakeholders to drive insights, forecasting accuracy, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global FP&A activities for the Services business, with end-to-end ownership of P&L performance.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), operating expenses, and gross margins.
- Act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders in the Americas and CALA regions.
- Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure financial integrity and compliance with corporate accounting policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Controllership, and regional finance teams to align business and financial goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably in the technology or services sector.
- Proven experience managing full P&L ownership, including revenue, COGS, opex, and margin.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.
- Strong business acumen with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan) and Excel.
