Junior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare regular status reports, and update stakeholders.
- Team Support: Work closely with project team members, ensuring assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks or issues and assist in resolution to keep projects on track.
- Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor project costs and resources under supervision to support budget adherence.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and help implement improvements for greater efficiency in project execution.
- Tool Usage: Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project to track tasks and progress.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
