Junior Consultant

As a Junior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting consulting projects and initiatives to our client which is a highly growing Consulting Firm.

Here are the core responsibilities that define this role:

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market data, and client information to support consulting projects.

- Assist in client meetings, take notes, and ensure that all client needs are documented and addressed.

- Help in drafting reports and presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to clients.

- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations that communicate the results and recommendations of the analysis and research.

- You will work closely with your senior consultant or project manager to ensure that the reports and presentations are aligned with the client's objectives, expectations, and preferences

- Collaborate with senior consultants on various projects, providing analytical support and contributing ideas.

- Identify areas for process enhancement within client operations and contribute to developing solutions.

- Maintain and organize project documentation and client files to ensure smooth project execution.

- Assist in preparing communication materials for stakeholders, ensuring clear messaging and alignment with project goals.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance consulting capabilities

Qualifications:

- 0-2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field; internships are a plus.

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field from top tier Institutes only

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights that inform decision-making.

- Proficient in both written and verbal communication, able to present ideas clearly.

- Capable of working effectively in teams, contributing to group discussions, and supporting colleagues.

- Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing solutions.
