Role Description:

The Junior Consultant will support the consulting team in the execution and delivery of client projects across strategy, operations, and transformation domains. Responsibilities will include conducting research, preparing analysis, developing client-ready documents, and coordinating project workflows. The role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in management consulting by working closely with experienced consultants and contributing to real-world problem-solving for global clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Analysis:

- Analyse internal and external factors affecting the client's business.

- Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and industry trend analysis.

2. Strategic Planning:

- Develop customized strategies and operational plans to meet client-specific goals.

- Create strategic frameworks, objectives, and action plans to improve operations.

3. Strategy Development:

- Formulate comprehensive and customized strategic plans to achieve client-specific goals.

- Develop strategic frameworks, objectives, and action plans.

4. Operational Analysis:

- Analyse current business operations, workflows, and processes.

- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of core management consulting experience.

- Strong background in strategy development and operations transformation across multiple sectors.Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.

- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.

- Project management expertise.

- Prior experience working with a Management Consulting Firm in their Strategy & Ops practices is highly preferred.
