We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to oversee and coordinate our compliance functions as per RBI NBFC guidelines. Responsibilities include managing compliance tasks, coordinating board preparing Board / Committee Minutes, coordinating board and committee meetings, and handling statutory audits. The role also involves maintaining statutory records and managing various regulatory filings. Educational Qualifications CS (mandatory) + LLB (optional) Key Responsibilities - Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with RBI NBFC and PMLA guidelines, manage audits, and maintain statutory records. - Meeting Coordination: Assist in managing board and committee meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes. - Regulatory Filings: File periodic reports with RBI, handle ROC - Mumbai/MCA filings, manage SEBI filings on BSE portals, and ensure listing compliance for Commercial Papers (CPs). - Audit Interactions: Share data with auditors, interact with statutory/internal authorities, and support functions related to SEBI, BSE, NSDL/CDSL, and RBI. - CSR Compliance: Handle CSR compliances and interact with implementing agencies. Key Requirements - Attention to detail and high accuracy. - Ability to work independently and in teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in compliance and audit management software - Experience with RBI inspections and regulatory interactions. - Proficient in PowerPoint presentation
