Job Overview: As our Marketing Executive II Organic Growth, you will be responsible for driving user migration and organic growth across all Junglee Games products through cross-sell, refer-a-friend, and social sharing initiatives. You will execute, analyse and optimize multichannel campaigns aimed at increasing inter-product movement, leveraging user networks, and enhancing long-term user value. This is a role that demands strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to act swiftly on insights to build impactful user journeys. Requirements: - Execute and analyse referral, cross-sell, and migration campaigns across multiple platforms and products to maximise user movement and increase LTV - Analyse user behaviour and product affinities to create micro-segments and cohorts for high-impact cross-sell and migration strategies - Develop and manage social sharing programs such as Happy Moments (e.g., game won, tournament won) to drive virality, engagement, and brand visibility - Drive cross-sell initiatives through feature-led strategies like missions, multi-game leaderboards, and incentivised migration rewards - Handle the execution of GTM strategies for features like referral bonuses, cross-game rewards, multigame leaderboards, and social-led growth loops - The candidate must be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail - Performance tracking and reporting of KPIs for all campaigns, including conducting A/B tests to optimize targeting, messaging, creatives, and timing - Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret user behaviour metrics and funnel data to inform campaign decisions - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, design, EIL, and marketing teams to develop cohesive and compelling user journeys - Stay updated with industry trends, referral program best practices, and emerging formats in social sharing and cross-product engagement Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in user engagement, CRM, or campaign management for mobile apps, preferably in the gaming or real money gaming industry - Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., MoEngage, Clevertap, Webengage) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Branch) - Strong understanding of user behaviour metrics and engagement strategies - Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Data-savvy with the ability to analyze, interpret, and act on data to inform campaign decisions and strategyBe a part of Junglee Games to: - Value Customers & Data - Prioritize customers, use data-driven decisions, master KPIs, and leverage ideation and A/B testing to drive impactful outcomes. - Inspire Extreme Ownership - We embrace ownership, collaborate effectively, and take pride in every detail to ensure every game becomes a smashing success. - Lead with Love - We reject micromanagement and fear, fostering open dialogue, mutual growth, and a fearless yet responsible work ethic. - Embrace change - Change drives progress and our strength lies in adapting swiftly and recognising when to evolve to stay ahead. - Play the Big Game - We think big, challenge norms, and innovate boldly, driving impactful results through fresh ideas and inventive problem-solving. - Avail a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid gift coupons, fitness plans, gadget allowances, fuel costs, family healthcare, and much more.
