We seek an innovative and results-driven Customer Experience Product Manager to lead and enhance our product strategy focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving satisfaction, and fostering trust and long-term loyalty.

Key responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the product management team to define and execute the product roadmap, focusing on enhancing the customer journey and ensuring alignment with business objectives related to customer trust, satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsible Gaming Strategy:
- Lead the development and implementation of features, policies, and tools that ensure player well-being for our games.
- Define products to balance player engagement with ethical gaming practices, ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting sustainable gameplay.
- Use data and behavioral signals to identify at-risk users and design interventions to minimize harm.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience through data-driven insights, feedback analysis, and personalized interactions.
Feedback Management:
- Implement systems for collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback, driving continuous improvement in product features and services
Customer-Centric Innovation:
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and desires continuously.
- Transform these insights into actionable product features that enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with customer support, engineering, design, data, business and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to product development and support.
Qualifications & skills required:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior product manager role.
