Jumbotail - Senior Manager/Manager - Finance

We're looking for a Senior Manager / Manager Finance who can :

1. Ensure proper policies, procedures, processes and internal controls are put in place and proper governance is practiced and upheld.

2. Overseeing regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance

3. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and overseeing the coordination of stat audit.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic objectives.

5. Tracking various Retail specific metrics to provide insights and to prevent potential risks by exercising control.

6. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and adhoc reports, tools, dashboards and recommendation of actions for optimization of costs.

7. Work closely with business team, as a business partner from finance function, report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.

8. Provide deep dive analysis and create financial models for decision making. Drive revenue initiatives with direct impact to the financial performance.

9. Effective Management of working capital and provide insights around health of inventory through aging reports
