Jumbotail - Business Manager - Gold - Loyalty

Responsibilities


- Build and own a loyalty program that customers (retailers, kirana stores) love

- Create for cohort of customers who have never experienced a loyalty program

- Loyalty solution should aim for deeper sense of emotional connect and belongingness to the platform

- Facilitate a sense of pride; create solutions where the customers dont feel alone in the journey of transformation of Indian retail ecosystem

- Build a strong Kirana community who feels uplifted in the process in the partnering

- Conduct customer research; meet customers across different cities to understand the personal, professional and social needs of our customers.

- Design specific product capabilities and partnerships to meet the above identified needs.

- Evaluate possible external partnerships with relevant organizations/ businesses to meet the needs of the customers

- Differential experience will span across Jumbotail app, supply chain experience, customer support, fleet on street interactions, so and so forth.

- Ensure business viability of the program; evaluate budget requirements and back it up with impact on PnL

- Get things done by partnering with internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth execution.

- Have fun while doing it and participate in the journey of transforming Kiranas and making them future ready.


CRITICAL GOALS TO ACHIEVE


- Differentiated NPS of Gold customers vs Non-Gold customers

- Strong word of mouth

- Higher brand re-call in the mind of customers

- Eventually, higher wallet share of demand on the platform


REQUIREMENTS

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-

- 4+ years of experience in building technology first business capabilities

- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution in engineering or business management

- Ability to look at the bigger picture and apply first principles thinking

- Ability to understand customers / consumers and work backwards.

- Strong analytical skills, ability to think customer first, define right metrics to track and improve.

- Willingness to getting your hands dirty, go on the ground and solve real world problems

- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
