The Position:

Organization: Jubilant Pharmova Limited

Designation: Manager/Sr Manager - Organisation Effectiveness

Location: Corporate Office, Noida

Reports To: VP & Head - Talent Development

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Purpose:

Drive organizational effectiveness by enabling agile structures, robust change management and HR analytics. Collaborate with HR COEs and business leaders to design scalable frameworks for structure, decision rights, capability building and cost optimization to deliver growth, innovation and customer centricity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead organization design initiatives across structures, roles, spans/layers, workflows, and decision rights.

- Develop frameworks, toolkits and playbooks for consistent application across geographies.

- Build and maintain RACI models, governance mechanisms and OE documentation.

- Conduct HR analytics and workforce insights: productivity ratios, people cost metrics, spans & layers, attrition, succession risk and mobility.

- Conduct predictive and diagnostic analytics for critical segments/functions to inform interventions (e.g., design choices, talent moves, cost levers).

- Manage OE/LnOD budgets, ROI tracking, and business cases for investments.

- Drive change management initiatives and ensure compliance with data privacy and employment regulations.

- Consult with leaders to diagnose root causes and resolve systemic issues using structured, analytical methods.

- Collaborate with C&B and HR COEs on performance management, rewards, succession, engagement, DEI and resourcing strategies

Qualifications & Experience

- Master's degree in HR from a premier B-school.

- 3-5 years of experience in Organization Design, HR Analytics, or Transformation.

- Comfortable in multinational, matrix environments; willingness to travel.
