Role & responsibilities: As the Content Development Head, candidate will play a crucial role in planning, designing, and implementing a wide range of content development initiatives. These initiatives include e-learning courses. In addition, the candidate will collaborate closely with the Product Design Team to enhance program quality and gather valuable learner feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough need analysis to identify specific learning requirements and objectives. - Design comprehensive learning objectives & develop the overall structure for the content initiatives. - Create engaging and impactful content by employing effective instructional design methodologies. - Define selection criteria and assessment tools to ensure the content meets the desired outcomes. - Design pedagogy, programs, and content specifically tailored for Domino's Restaurant, focusing on areas such as product knowledge, services, processes, leadership modules, and design content courses. - Manage and review the work of external partners engaged in the design of programs and content to ensure alignment with organisational standards and objectives. - Utilize the concept of "nugget size learning" to develop e-learning and mobile learning courses that provide bite-sized, easily digestible content across all departments. - Develop comprehensive trainer guidance materials to facilitate the delivery of training programs. - Regularly assess and enhance training content and delivery methods to ensure their ongoing effectiveness and relevance. - Collaborate closely with the Product Design Team to conduct quality enhancement surveys and gather valuable feedback from learners. Incorporate this feedback into future content development initiatives. - Oversee the learning management system (LMS) to ensure its proper functioning and alignment with the organization's content development objectives. Preferred candidate profile: - Qualification Graduate/MBA/PGDM - Experience - 12-15 Years
